Jackson County Kid's Closet


Jackson County Kids Closet is a community-based, non-profit organization  serving Jackson County, Kansas families.  We offer, free of charge, gently used clothing, shoes, toys, coats, accessories and other items to the families in the county during three events each year.   

*All events are located at 812 West 5th Street  in Holton, Kan., on the second floor.  The building is next to the Holton Elementary School.  If special accommodations are needed during the event, please contact a board member.  

During the event, come pick out free clothes for your children.  All sizes available from Newborn- High School.  No paperwork needed, all are welcome.  Free will donations accepted.  All clothes, as well as new socks and underwear are provided on a first come first serve basis.     




 
Free Coat Rack


Jackson County Kids Closet will have a free Coat Rack at the Jackson County Health Department starting on October 30th. All you need to do is visit the Health Department during normal business hours and grab a coat. If you have coats your children or yourself have outgrown or are no longer wearing please consider donating them.  We only ask that the zippers are in working order, and coats are gently used.



New Donation Information
We are accepting donations at the Jackson County Health Department, 312 Pennsylvania Avenue, Holton, KS
Their hours are M-F 8am - 4:30pm, and closed for lunch from 12-1 pm. 
Please contact us to make a donation outside these hours. 


Please look through your children's clothing and see if there are any items that could be donated.
We always need new socks and underwear (still in package) as well.
